We do SCIENTIFIC HIRING. But what does this really mean?
That means we use precise tools to evaluate every candidate. We use 50 inspection points starting with the moment when the candidate sends over their resume.
At that instance, our scientific processes start. Their resume is evaluated, all misspellings accounted, their response time is measured, their speed of communication is noted and much more.
Then we come to a phone screen – and we measure a lot on the phone: their emotional tone, delays in answering questions, we catch all subtle lies and untruths, and then we ask one of the most important questions that weed out good employees from the bad ones.
And that is the most crucial question that is rarely asked, yet it determines everything!
